A Hungarian renaissaince man from Transylvania - Rememberin Miklós Bánffy

Miklós Bánffy, Count of Losonc (30 December 1873 – 6 June 1950) writer, graphic artist, stage and costume designer, theatre director, politician, member of parliament and even minister of foreign affairs was born in Kolozsvár (now Cluj, Romania) into one of the most influential Hungarian noble families of the era. Many of his ancestors – dating back to several centuries – have served as the country's highest ranking officials and as such were wealthy and powerful. We now remember the life and career of this remarkable renaissance man of multiple talents.
