Aladár Körösfői-Kriesch, acclaimed Hungarian master of art nouveau died 100 years ago

Aladár Körösfői-Kriesch (29 October 1863 – 16 June 1920), prominent painter and designer of art nouveau style had been the student of widely celebrated artists of the time such as Bertalan Székely and Károly Lotz at the famous Design Drawing School (predecessor of today's University of Fine Arts in Budapest). In 1894 he attended the Julian Academy, during which period he took study trips all across Italy and Spain. We are now remembering his life and career.
